If you don't arrive at the curb within your drop-off window and aren't reachable in chat or by phone, the booking is marked as a no-show and charged in full.
If you're running late, message your Genie as early as you can. They can sometimes wait a few extra minutes — what they can't do is wait indefinitely at an active curb.
