Damage, complaints, and disputes

If you have a complaint about your Genie or about how the return was handled, report it from the trip summary screen as soon as possible. We review every report.

For damage disputes raised by the rental agency, forward the email or letter to Support. We work directly with the agency on your behalf — you do not need to handle the dispute yourself.
