Before you can accept jobs, the Verification screen needs to show all checks complete. We review documents quickly — usually within a business day.
What we ask for
- Driver's license — front and back, clear and uncropped
- Phone verification — a code sent by SMS
- A profile photo so travelers can recognize you at the curb
If something we received is unreadable or expired, we'll send a notification asking you to re-upload. You won't see job offers until everything is approved.
